Master's in Clinical Psychology and Educational
Sciences. Certified executive coach.
For the past 14 years Sara Ais has been involved
in Management and Leadership development. She
has been training, and coaching executives; facilitating
team discussions on working and communicating
effectively in a diverse, multicultural environments.
She has a great international experience. She
has developed her work extensively throughout
Europe and has also worked in the Middle East,
Africa, India, Central and South America and the
US, a total 24 different countries to date. She
is trained and holds a MD and is licensed/chartered
as a clinical psychologist.
Her work experience background includes 5 years
in Clinical therapy and the last 14 years she
has been totally involved in the corporate world
where she has been able to apply the experience
and skills developed as a psychologist to the
context of today’s organizations. She has
focused on management and leadership development
and, both in group and individual work, and in
multicultural environments.
She has experience in working with very diverse
industries: consulting, finance/ banking, IT,
hospitality, manufacturing, retail, pharmaceutical,
utilities, communications …etc. She has
worked with organizations in helping them to transition
to new organizational cultures after merges and
acquisitions, and in developing team processes
across cultures, enhancing individual and group
communication. She has experience in working with
all levels across organizations, to executive
boards.
She has worked as an executive coach with top
level executives in big corporations, both in
Spain and Internationally. Some of her clients
come from very diverse sectors: BBVA, Endesa,
Telefónica, Mondi Packaging, BASF, BCG,
SC Johnson, Philips, Diageo, Grupo Vocento, Air
products, Alcatel Lucent, etc…
She is certified in a number of Assessment tools,
such as MBTI, Firo-B, Benchmarks (360 degrees
feedback), Work Place Big Five, Conflict Dynamics,
to name a few.
Her focus of interest and experience include
the following: assessment of senior executives
and directors, leadership development, coaching
and mentoring, team building and facilitation.
Sara is based in Barcelona, Spain.
She speaks and can deliver training both in Spanish
and English. She also speaks Catalan, some French
and has a reasonable level of understanding of
Portuguese and Italian.
