Kevin McGonigle - Senior Consulting Partner

An expert in change management and human capital consulting, Kevin has worked with the leadership teams of Global 1000 and mid-sized companies across Europe, Australia, Latin America, the Middle East, and North America. His expertise is in defining and implementing the requisite change management practices to drive improved performance.

Since the late 1990s, Kevin’s clients have included global leaders such as Novartis, AT&T, Randstad, Deutsch Poste, MeadWestvaco, Sun Microsystems, Arcapita, Unilever, VISA, and Amadeus. During this period, Kevin co-led the Global Management Assessment Practice for two of the five largest executive search firms worldwide. In each case, the client was the Chief Executive Officer and/or the senior-most executive overseeing organizational effectiveness.

Prior to leading human capital consulting projects, Kevin spent seven years with Gemini Consulting and A.T. Kearney in strategic management consulting. He specialized in process re-engineering and strategy development for Fortune 1000 clients such as General Motors, FedEx, British Aerospace, Coca-Cola, Radio Shack Europe, and Bank of America. For each client, he analyzed their current strategic positioning, market performance, and operational practices to define necessary changes. He then managed the implementation of the recommended improvements. Each engagement involved structuring and implementing the complex change management issues involved in restructuring an organization’s operating practices.

Kevin has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Georgia Society for the Prevention of Blindness, The Center for Puppetry Arts, Young Audiences of Georgia, and the Summer Economic Institute. He received his B.A. degree in chemistry and political science from Williams College and his M.B.A. degree from the Amos Tuck School, Dartmouth College.
